I am pleased to announce that Lisa Powers will take on the role as contract Human Resource Manager at Utility Sales & Service.   

Lisa is President of Reshaping HR, a consulting firm that provides Human Resource related services, including; recruiting of top talent, employee engagement & retention services as well consulting on various HR & business strategies.

Lisa and USSI have worked together for over 15 years and her firm has been instrumental in recruiting a number of talented people to our organization.   Prior to starting Reshaping HR, Lisa owned Career Options and specialized in recruiting of top talent in the area.

Lisa has a B.S in Education from University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse and has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
