We are excited to announce that Stephanie Schiegg has joined the USSI team as our new Engineering Manager! With a wealth of experience in engineering and operations, Stephanie brings a strong track record of leadership and innovation to our organization.

Her impressive career spans roles like Director of Operations at Precision Industries, where she led vehicle upfitting and wire harness manufacturing, and Senior Project Engineer at Pierce Manufacturing, overseeing teams focused on heavy-duty rescue vehicles. Stephanie has also served as Operations Manager at Duxxbak Composite Decking. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).

Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie enjoys life on her hobby farm in Kaukauna with her husband and three daughters. In her downtime, she loves spending time with family, riding horses, reading, and playing video games.
