We are pleased to welcome Susan Good to Utility Sales & Service as our new part-time Administrative Assistant.

In her role, Susan will be one of the friendly faces our customers interact with while also supporting our Service Team with daily operations and assisting our Finance Team with data entry.

Susan recently returned to Wisconsin with her husband after spending many years building a career as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Project Coordinator. She and her husband also owned and operated a small business together, giving her a well-rounded background in customer service, organization, and business operations.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys gardening and playing the piano.
