Welcoming Owen Carlson to the USSI Team
We’re proud to welcome Owen Carlson to USSI as a full-time Production Fabricator/Welder. Owen officially joins our team after completing a successful term as a Youth Apprentice earlier this year.
Throughout his apprenticeship, which began in early 2024, Owen consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a drive to improve, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. His growth in fabrication, welding, and assembly stood out—making it clear that he would be a valuable long-term addition to our production team.

A recent graduate of Shiocton High School, Owen balanced his academic work with active involvement in sports, competing on both the wrestling and football teams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing—pursuits that reflect the same focus and dedication he brings to the shop floor.
We’re excited to have Owen on board as part of the USSI family and look forward to his continued development and contributions.
