As a Service Writer and Technical Advisor in our utility vehicle service department, Tom is often the first call when a crew’s truck goes down—or when a deadline’s looming and uptime isn’t optional. He knows the gear. He knows the grind. And most of all, he knows how to keep things moving.

Over the years, Tom has earned a reputation for straight answers, calm under pressure, and a work ethic you can set your watch to. Whether he’s coordinating repairs, troubleshooting technical issues, or making sure the right parts hit the bench, Tom brings clarity and confidence to every job.

Tom, your 25 years of dedication have made USSI stronger, sharper, and more responsive. You’ve helped keep line crews rolling and communities powered up. And for that—we salute you.
