Please join us in welcoming Blade Stephani to Utility Sales & Service, Inc. as an aerial equipment Assembler/Fabricator.

Blade joins USSI after spending more than 8 years with Miller Electric in Appleton, where he worked in a variety of roles including assembly, welding, and paint line operations. His diverse manufacturing background and hands-on experience make him a great addition to our team.

Raised on a farm and still residing in the Black Creek/Seymour area, Blade brings a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills to the job every day.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Blade in his home shop tinkering with cars and anything else that has wheels. During the winter months, he enjoys spending time on the snowmobile trails.

Blade is excited to begin his new role with USSI, and we’re excited to have him on board.
