Matt Wedig has spent the last 15 years in the field building relationships across Southern Wisconsin. He’s worked side by side with municipalities and utility crews, making sure they get the right equipment for the job. From Versalift aerials to Knapheide and BrandFX builds, Matt doesn’t just make the sale—he shows up, walks the unit, and stands behind it. His background, from turning wrenches to leading territory sales, shows in the way he approaches every customer: straight answers, real knowledge, and a commitment to getting it right.

Behind the scenes, Ryan Carlson has spent 25 years making sure those same trucks are built to last. As Production Manager, Ryan leads the team responsible for turning raw chassis into dependable working equipment. He understands what’s on the line—crews, communities, and critical infrastructure—and he runs his shop accordingly. No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just consistent, high-quality builds that hold up when it matters most.
